In order to help manufacturing enterprises to solve the problems of production capacity mismatch, not smooth logistics, scene management confusion in process production and complex job shop scheduling. The idea of combining the lean thinking and simulation is presented in this paper. In the process of the workshop layout and the design of enterprise logistics, according to analyzing capacity at first, and following the thinking of Lean design to make full use of the workshop space and equipments, keeping the logistics smooth. At the same time, in the preliminary stage of the design, combining the simulation technology, the operation status of the entire production is simulated, the bottlenecks which impact the capacity is analyzed, the enterprise's logistics system layout design is improved, production system planning model based on lean thinking is built.At the same time of planning the logistics system, according to analysis of influence factor of the enterprise production logistics scheduling, we can establish scheduling model of production logistics system by using genetic algorithm, formulate scheduling method, put forward improvement measures and scheduling schemes, and provide the relevant enterprises with the specific solutions to this kind of problem. In the rebuilding of discrete manufacturing enterprise and the development of core capability, practice has proved that the key to lean production is lean thinking. Good design means and operable approach of lean design are brought into effect and reference for the enterprises.
