Now automobile manufacturing production model is not the mass production any more, small batch production of many varieties of mixed mode has been instead of it. This mode of production materials supply and logistics management is a problem. Excellent logistics management not only for enterprises to reduce logistics costs, it can protect the production schedule running smoothly, so the logistics management research is necessary and important.Based on the current representative logistics management model, this thesis did detailed analysis of the characteristics that apply to conditions, while these logistics management models exist in many restrictive factors were analyzed. Then introduce a range of push and pull between the new and improved logistics management - progress absorption partition chain, try to this new mode of logistics management to better adapt to the status of today's businesses to meet manufacturers The new logistics management requirements and the various constraints in a kind of balance between making the minimum total logistics cost, logistics and efficient. Finally, specific cases, Tianjin FAW Toyota West Green plant P-lane into the project, describes the progress of absorption of split-chain specific measures for implementation in the enterprise, manufacturing enterprise applications for the new logistics management in order to get experience. This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, leads to solving problems, and gives some ideas; second chapter overview of the current representative of the three major logistics management: TOC, ERP, JIT; Chapter III of the new logistics management - - progress of the absorption partition chain, details the concept of this new approach, characteristics, use, etc.; the fourth chapter, use cases to illustrate the progress of the absorption method and the application of split-chain effectiveness; fifth chapter is the text of the summary and perspectives .
