The Introduction Of Tpl's Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise Logistics Optimization Study

On the basis of analyzing the automobile logistics and the Third-Party Logistics(TPL) on our country, this paper researches at present how to realize optimizing when the service project of the TPL company applied in the automobile logistics service. Firstly, this paper makes out the needing optimizing targets. Then, under the present circumstance of our country, this paper puts forward the supply and sale logistics 'operation way when the TPL company applied in the automobile logistics service, and has improved the algorithm of the optimization question that is involved in the operation way. On the optimization transportation routing problem, this paper puts forward the Two-phase Algorithm according to the C—W algorithm and the 2-exchange algorithm. On the RDC locating problem, this paper puts forward the algorithm which combining the RDC locating problem and the transportation way choosing problem, and has proved with the instance separately. Finally, this paper sets up the general course and evaluation index system that the manufacturing company of the automobile chooses the TPL company, and judges the TPL company in fuzzy synthetic evaluation.
