The Empirical Study On Relationship Between Allocation Of Regional Financial Resource And Employment In Chongqing

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has made great progress. However, with the deepening of economic reform and Comprehensive adjustment of industrial structure, coupled with a large population in our country, the pressure of rural surplus labor transfer and the increasing of college graduates, conflicts have become increasingly prominent in China's employment. The global economic crisis in 2008 made China's employment situation more severe. Since the Municipality, Chongqing's economic development has made a great progress, and the financial industry also has made tremendous development. Whether financial development can promote employment? Based on this background, this study discussed the allocation of financial resources and employment in Chongqing.This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter introduced the background, significance, purpose, content, methods of this study. The second chapter analyzed the domestic and foreign research and theory. The third chapter described the allocation of financial resources and employment status in Chongqing. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of relationship between allocation of financial resources and employment in Chongqing. Last chapter is the conclusions and policy recommendations of this study.
