| The western economical development is the focal problem concerned by experts in economical field in China. With the importance of finance increasing day by day, it is necessary to think about the problem of regional economic development from the view of finance.The disposition of financial resource is the nucleus of disposition of resource. Xinjiang lies in the west of China, its economic level of developement effect western economic largely. Since1999, the government has applied western development and has relieved the shortcoming of Xinjiang financial resource. But it has not solved the problem basically. the economic development of Xinjiang is short of financial resource and the disposition of financial resource is inefficient.Practice demonstrates that focusing merely on the whole money and turning an blind eye on the disposition of financial resource always easily leads to the waste of the latter. In contrast, optimizing the financial resource can save it, which is the basic access to remove the restriction during the course of economical development in Xinjiang. So in this article, analyzing methods of standard and practice will be combined to research the disposition of financial resource of Xinjiang. Comparing two eastern provinces by analyzing financial resource development.we know financial resource disposition level of Xinjiang lies large difference from eastern provinces.the problem of financial resource disposition of Xinjiang manifest self. And compare financial resource disposition of southern region and northern region. Then we know financial resource development of southern region and northern region is not balanced.It applies multiple regression models to research the disposition of financial resource of Xinjiang.
