Tacit Knowledge' Dimensions And Advantage Transmission Of Family Scientists

With the development of times, Knowledge is receiving increasing attention. Tacit knowledge is the most important one in all the knowledge, because it's the source of knowledge and the key to success, according to the study by Polanyi. However, while its value and effect are recognized , it is found that the exchange and share of Tacit knowledge are impacted on seriously thanks to a variety of subjective or objective factors .Aimed at this problem, based on the most representative owner of recessive knowledge, family-based scientists, the writer analyzes the living environment of family-based scientists at first, and explores the characteristics and transfer law of their Tacit knowledge deeply , and then finds some of the excellent way to transfer recessive knowledge.The writer collates correlated literatures of scientists about Tacit knowledge in the first part of the thesis .In the second section , it is the intuitive decision-making Tacit knowledge of family-based scientists , which is devided into three kinds : the values dimension , the feelings dimension and the pursuit dimension .Based on the accumulation theoty of knowledge , the writer bring forward three compensatory way which is used to transfer the Tacit knowledge in the third section : time compensation , space compensation and emotional compensation . Then the writer hope that it can provide the transfer of Tacit knowledge with some new way of thinking .Finally, by making above production available in the present education , the writer come to the conclusion that family-based scientists'studying in Tacit knowledge inspires the family education .
