Study On The Barrier Of Tacit Knowledge Transfer In Technological Talents Accumulation

Tacit knowledge is an important source of technological innovation. Technological talents,one of the main carriers of tacit knowledge will form the phenomenon of accumulation that the distribution density in a region is greater than other regions when they keep on flowing. When the accumulation reaches a certain extent, it will probably produce talents accumulation effect (1+1>2) in harmonious environment. Tacit knowledge is the basis of technological innovation, which plays a vital role to produce and enhance talents accumulation effect when being transfered effectively between technological talents.The concept and characteristics of technological talents accumulation effect was elaborated, the content, subject, pattern and factors of the tacit knowledge in the process of technological talent accumulation were analyzed respectively and the process mode and space model of the tacit knowledge transfer in the process accumulation was constructed, using related theories including Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management and Talent Studies etc. Based on above analysis, the barriers which affect the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were discussed and the recommendations and measures about the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were proposed in order to realize the tacit knowledge transfer efficiently in the process of technological talent accumulation and promote the production and enhancement of technological talents accumulation effect.A few sections are involved in this paper. The first chapter was an introduction,Relevant current studies at home and abroad were reviewed. The second chapter included the theoretical foundation of technological talents aggregation effect and barriers of tacit knowledge transfer. Relevant theoretical foundation was outlined.Technological talents accumulation effect was analyzed in the third chapter. Based on introducing technological talents accumulation effect related concepts, the characteristics of technological talents accumulation effect were analyzed.Tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talents accumulation was analyzed in the fourth chapter. Based on introducing the content of knowledge, tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge transfer, the content, subject, pattern and factors of the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were discussed and the process mode and space model of the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were constructed. On chapter five, we analyzed the barriers of the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation. According to model, barriers of the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were divided into barriers of knowledge characteristics, barriers of the main, barriers of the manner and barriers of the environment. On the basis of above classifying, we analyzed each obstacle influencing the transfer of tacit knowledge.Strategies and recommendations of reducing barriers of the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were proposed in the sixth chapter, aiming to increase efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer, exert sufficiently the operation of technology talent and enhance regional innovation capacity.Chapter seven is conclusions and prospects of this article.There were a few innovations in the article. First, technological talents aggregation effect and tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were analyzed systematicly. Second, the model of tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation was built and the barriers which affect tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were discussed, and the recommendations of reducing barriers of the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological talent accumulation were also proposed.
