In now days of economy globalization accelerated, the developing of logistics has been the most efficient mode in holding priority. Logistics industry has provided the continual developing power for economic high jumping-off point, and it has brought the revolutionary impact in global economy structure. Logistics industry developing is usually accelerator of economy developing, which has been the new increasing point and new profit origin of global economy. In according to guarantee the region economy fast and healthy developing, Shenzhen government has put forward the developing of modern logistics layout, and which system constructed roads, industrial parks, custom processes for import and export, logistics electronics. As the most important part of Shenzhen supply chain, how to survival, developing and growing in severe competition for small and Medium-sized logistics companies has been the most important subjects.The paper expatiates on the region and environmental priority of Shenzhen in developing domestic logistics, and the difficulty and opportunity of small and Medium-sized logistics companies face. The paper analyzes the restricted factors for small and Medium-sized logistics companies developing domestic logistics by target market analysis, competition environment analysis. Through the analysis, we find out the competition situation of small and Medium-sized logistics companies, and help logistics companies make feasible developing strategies by analyzing the delicate target markets and the logistics companies developing process.The paper approves the importance of product design and operating network frame for logistics company transition by analyzing the transition strategy of Tianlin Logistis Company. The chapter analyzes now and future developing strategy of Tianlin logistics by SWOT analysis, Ansoff Matrix, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and ERRC analysis.Small and Medium-sized logistics companies should construct domestic network, develop domestic logistics, and expand the logistics network by concentrated transportation system, then develop the international network. It has been the most small and Medium-sized logistics companies'method to enter the international market and develop continually with the competitions of many foreign logistics giants entering in China and domestic big logistics corporation collectivize operating.
