Study On Small And Medium-sized Commercial Banks Developing Strategy In China

Small & medium sized commercial banks have been the emerging new blood of the commercial banking system in our country. At the meantime,they are facing some serious problems:the further developing has been confined because of the historic reason,institutional network problem and market credit standing;the enterprises lack enough ability to manage or to practice effective internal controls;and so on. All these have been threatened the banks' healthy developing,even their surviving in the near future. In order to solve these problems,it must carry out the system reforms including that the supporting policy the government provides,the strategy orientation and the system norms of the banks themselves.Basing on the analyzing the existing problems and the developing prospect of the current small & medium sized banks, this dissertation analyzed the external and inner factors, and opportunity or threaten, and the key strategic aspects of small & medium sized banks. And this dissertation evaluated these aspects by quantificational method. Then, we analyzed the development of small & medium sized banks with the help of SWOT method and evaluated and ordered the standby strategy project by QSPM method. At last, we brought forward the development countermeasure.At last, on the basis of above analysist, this dissertation advise our country small & medium sized banks should take advantage of the advantage of them, and stabilly in the face of opportunity or threaten. This dissertation also give the advise on market location, the stratagem of dilatation, the stratagem of league, the stratagem of risk management, the stratagem of human resource, and the stratagem of creation.
