Study On Development Strategies Of New Industrialization Based On Informationization

Industrialization in 21 century is based on informationization. At present, China just started and is on the road to industrialization, but is facing the challenge of infromationization. The option of industrialization development strategies should be paid more attention. This article will present the following: First, study the relationship between informationization and industrialization based on analysis of information and industrialization development theory. Improving industry structure by informationization is the reasonable option for updating industries, which is applied by developed countries; informationization will also enhance the growth of new industries. Second, present the significance of developing information technology and industries to upgrade traditional industries. Third, take Shandong province as an example to analyze the principles, development strategies and models of improving traditional industries from a less developed and agricultural province; do the SWOT analysis of informationization environment and policies based on informationization of Shandong province. At last, present the problems and issues which should be done more research and solved in the future.This article will focus on the study of informationization strategies and mechanism on enhancing and upgrading new industries; present models and SWOT analysis of informationization according to conditions of Shandong province.
