In the future, housing industrialization as the direction of development of the building industry in our country, it is the main construction way of the future residential area in our country.。 As the main construction of house in our country, to bear the real estate development enterprises, the development and application of residential industrialization get slowly。Therefore,, based on the real estate development enterprise perspective to research on the development of residential industrialization strategy has important practical value。This paper first introduces the related concepts of housing industrialization, compared with the traditional way of building and the difference in the relationship between housing industrialization.。 At the same time, this paper introduces the situation of housing industrialization at the present stage in China and Yangtze river delta region in Shanghai, Nanjing and Yangzhou that three cities in the current situation of the housing industrialized。This core section is based on the author practice cognition and reference literatures at library to determine the 13 influence factors based on real estate development enterprises under the perspective of housing industrialization,, with the aid of SPSS software, using the PCA for quantitative analysis。First of all, under the perspective of real estate development enterprises, this paper puts forward the idea of research on promoting housing industrialization strategy。 Building the thesis framework and technical route, summarizes the domestic and foreign research achievements of housing industrialization under the perspective of behavior of real estate development enterprises。Secondly, by studying the housing industrialization in the current obstacles and favorable factors, through the real estate development enterprises and promote each other between the residential industrialization,, demonstrates the feasibility of industrialized housing real estate development enterprises.。Finally, through the questionnaire, use PCA to collect information。Conclusion:under the perspective of real estate development enterprises development key influence factors of housing industrialization, by calculating the comprehensive score model after ranking of importance of enterprise marketing level, the housing industrialization of technical personnel system on the cultivation of ability, ability to use the preferential policy of government housing industrialization, housing industrialization enterprise development financing ability, enterprise management mode to the housing industrialization related resources integration ability, housing industrialization project client risk management, the supply of housing industrialization artifacts。Finally, this paper selects Yangzhou Vanke real estate development companies as the empirical study object, validating the feasibility of the proposed strategy to promote the feasibility。The results of this study is under the perspective of behavior of real estate development enterprise of development strategy for the government formulate policies and corporate real estate industry research development strategy provide a reference, is a good reference for the sustainable development of housing industry in our country and even the whole society.
