In this context, the paper will be basis on combining theory with practice, implicating the Six-Sigma management on architectural projects, and researching and exploring cost control of architectural decoration project.In this contract, Six-Sigma management theory shall be used for the theoretical foundation and support. By the contrast, the paper pointed out the difference between Six Sigma management methods and the traditional control methods, and tells us Six-Sigma management can play the unique advantage through continuous improvement. And then the paper will analyze the current levels of Six-Sigma project cost control for a corporatizing, and promote cost control in the Six Sigma management, issues the subject through the establishment of Six Sigma to Six Sigma management process DMAIC, and find the output of the project cost issues point, collect the detailed data. And then I will use statistical analysis software Minitab of Six Sigma data to analysis and identify issues the related to point and make improvements, and verify effectiveness of the improvement in the control phase of Six Sigma management heritage continuity, and continuous optimization of cost control Construction decoration project.Finally, the article will establish a subject of Six-Sigma project in architectural and decoration cost control projects, and continuous issues the related to points on the optimization and improvement, and then research a long-term controlling model to provide some possible effective help. |
