After20years of development Color TV industry has been transformed fromseller’s market into a buyer’s market, as the change of supply and demand, price waron a large scale started between enterprises, product sales prices continue to decrease.Affected by the economic environment at the same time the domestic labor and rawmaterials prices rose sharply. In this case high-level enterprise management isstrongly required. And any carelessness will make enterprise face losses. S companyas an investment company in China belongs to an international group. Although it hasthe advanced management methods, advanced SAP system, as well as thecorresponding high-quality talents, but after analysis we found that the procurementcost control has been in a low level.These first explains the cost control and six sigma theory, and then using sixsigma method to analyze S company cost control process and method, finding the keyissues in the company S cost control, through the analysis of purchasing data in2012,to verify the influence of key factors on the cost control. To focus on productmanagement, cost control cycle management, staff management skills, as well ascomparative benchmarking management aspects of the problems, such as implementimprovement, establish a model of dynamic cost control on the basis of the model.Eventually improve the procurement cost control, so that the price level from90.7%in2012down to85%in2013, has realized the purchase cost down30million Yuan,enhancing the competitiveness of the company S products.Hope through this study to provide relevant personnel in the field of a new modeland method, so that they can better to control purchasing cost effectively. Innovationof this paper is that the original cost model of the solidification dynamic, target priceand supplier management, price management, benchmarking to improve managementand combination, forming a new mode of cost control. New control model optimizedthe control process, make the high cost optimization speed, enhances the workingefficiency of the cost analyst, and intuitive understanding of the product price can letmanager status, so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise costcontrol.
