On Reformation Of Income Distribution System In China's State-Owned Enterprises

Reasonable income distribution system is the important manifestation of social fairness and justice. State-owned enterprises are the hotspots and important areas of the distribution system reform, and the key point and difficult part of state-owned enterprises reform is the reform of income distribution system. It is significant to deepen the income distribution system reform of state-owned enterprise and expand reform thoughts and vision from the theoretical analyses on reform of state-owned enterprise of the income distribution system. Innovating state-owned enterprise reform of the income distribution system is the important solution of state-owned enterprise reform.This paper explores the problems in the reform of income distribution system comprehensively and systematically through the study of China's state-owned enterprises, which is based on the principle distribution theory of Marxism. This paper further analyzes the main cause of these problems and offers solutions for them, which is of great value to build fair income distribution system of the state-owned enterprises, establish modern enterprise system to adapt to the wage income distribution system, narrow the income gap , and realizing common prosperity as well.
