In the knowledge economy era the increasingly fierce market competition,the humanis no longer a simple "resources",but a kind of intelligent resources as the core of thecapital. With the theory of human capital management unceasingly thoroughly,humancapital in the position of the enterprise is more and more important,widely acceptedgradually create value for enterprises and the key factors.In the state-owned enterprise of distribution system,the characteristics of the humancapital has not been fully attention and reflect,for enterprise operators and ordinaryemployees incentive is insufficient,the state-owned enterprise labor productivity is stilllow. To the adjustment of the enterprise internal income distribution pattern,deepenreform of the income distribution system,we should attach importance to the humancapital,the development of the theory of distribution according to work,to re-examine thehuman capital as people creative labor form of existence in the distribution of position,through human capital allocation model to improve staff labor pay.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction of this part,the paper studies the purpose andsignificance of this review scholars both at home and abroad for the related theory and theresearch achievements and background and this train of thought and structure. The secondchapter first introduces manpower capital and its relevant concepts,then expounds thehuman capital to participate in the enterprise income distribution to join employee of thenecessity of distribution of personal incomes. The third chapter basically introduces humancapital management experience and to participate in the enterprise benefit from the basicpattern of distribution. The fourth chapter basically review of the income distributionsystem and the development of human capital situation changes,find the current problems.Chapter5puts forward the human capital distribution of state-owned enterprises in solving the problems of the existing proposal. The sixth chapter is epilogue part,summing up andput forward some to be further explored.
