The Study On The Coordinate Development Between Urban And Rural In Funing County In New Rural Communities Construction.

The county economy plays a vital role in the development of the national economy. To realize the sustainable development of the rural economic and the society, we must accelerate the harmonious and healthy development of county economy. The coordinate development between the urban and rural area also has a very important significance and far-reaching impact to the department of building a moderately prosperous society and the rural construction. So the study on the coordinate development between the urban and rural area has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of studying the information of the urban and rural development domestic and international, first of all, we analyze the contents of the coordinate development between urban and rural and the construction of new countryside, and then explain the relationship between them reasonably. Secondly, we analyzed the facts, and found the deficiency existing in the urban and rural development work of Funing county, then proposed the theoretical and practical measures, combining the urban and rural development pilot work of Funing county. We centralized the industrial complex promoting in the urban and rural development process of Funing county and analyzed the new residential construction by using case analysis. This paper summarizes the ways which should be chosen to coordinate the urban and rural development in the county's space, changes the irrational aspects of urban and rural administrative system, develops the industrials with the county characteristics, leads the industrials to form the industrial park, improves the infrastructure construction of the county economy,and promotes the construction of new residential to promote the county economic development and form the new forms of social and economic county blending urban and rural areas gradually based on the empirical analysis of the urban and rural development of Funing county.
