Strategic Research On The Chongqing's Development Of Coordinating Urban And Rural

To break the urban-rural dual structure, promote the integration of urban and rural areas, improve the socialist system, which all requires coordinating urban and rural development. A major task for building a well-off society in an all-round way is to make overall planning for urban and rural economic and social development, build modern agriculture, develop the rural economy and increase the income of farmers. With the development of social productivity, the theory and practice on how to change the relationship between city and country from division to integration have attracted increasing attentions and urban-rural integration will become a basic tendency. Chongqing is a metropolis, but also a large rural, which is a typical urban-rural dual structure. After became a newly established municipality directly under the central government, Chongqing has made many achievements in the practice of exploring urban and rural development, but still facing many problems. With the Party Central Committee pointed out that Chongqing's development objective is the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, The coordinating urban and rural reform of the complex trial which is now being conducted in Chongqing, will make a useful exploration to crack China's "urban-rural dual structure" and the "three rural" issue or even to break the all-round development of human problems.This paper first inspected domestic and international coordinating urban and rural development theory origin, then analyzed and praised the history and status quo of China's urban-rural dual system, and then further analyzed the experience of the development of urban and rural areas on the domestic and international and its inspiration to Chongqing, finally proposed policy recommendations of Chongqing's development of coordinating urban and rural.This paper is composed of 7 chapters, the basic framework is as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction, researched on the background and significance, the main content, framework, and innovation of this paper.Chapter 2: Theoretical foundation, introduced the meaning and characteristics of coordinating urban and rural development, and the evolution of Marxist theory on urban and rural development.
