Study On Coordinated Development Of Urban And Rural Economy In Guangxi

Under the background of the new normal,our country has entered the critical period of transformation and upgrading and the development of integration of urban and rural areas in the face of a series of complex and changeable patterns,such as the medium speed,excellent structure,multi-challenges,sustainable and new driving.In the past,the process of high-speed urban-rural integration has become increasingly highlighted,such as the prominent urban-rural dual structure,the deterioration of the urban and rural ecological environment,the obstruction of the flow of urban-rural elements,the disordered utilization of land and space in urban and rural areas and unreasonable allocation of resources and so on.The Nineteenth National Congress of the party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization in the view of existing situation.It is of great significance to Guangxi' economy,revitalizing the rural economy,speeding up the two-way flow of urban and rural elements,coordinating the development of urban and rural areas and accelerating the structural reform of the supply side in the process of improving the quality and efficiency.Therefore,this thesis takes the development of urban and rural economic in Guangxi as the research object.First of all,based on the theoretical framework of coordinated development of urban and rural economic,it analyzes the law of internal interaction mechanism of urban and rural economic development in Guangxi.Then it will construct the index system of comprehensive evaluation of the coordinated development of urban and rural economy in Guangxi.Through the empirical models such as entropy method,coupling model and factor analysis method,this paper analyzes the current situation,development trend,spatial pattern characteristics and evolution trend of urban and rural economic coordination in Guangxi and the main factors,such as income and consumption between urban and rural areas and industrial development and urbanization and industrialization,which are the main directions of coordinated development of urban and rural economics in Guangxi.The following conclusions are drawn:First of all,there is a rising trend as a whole,including Guangxi urban-rural economic development index,urban-rural economic coordination degree and the coupling development of urban and rural economy.Besides,they are steadily promoting in the economic coordination state,coordination power,coordination guarantee and other systems.However,the overall level of coordinated development of urban and rural economies is still at the primary level.Secondly,from the point of view of spatial pattern,the coordinated development of urban and rural economy in Guangxi shows significant spatial heterogeneity,in which Nanning,Liuzhou and Fangcheng port formed the high concentration areas,while there became low level agglomeration areas for coordinated development of urban and rural economy,involving Guigang,Hechi,Baise and Hezhou.From the point of view of evolution trend,Nanning,Liuzhou and Guilin have a higher level of coordinated development of urban and rural economy and grow faster.However,Baise,Hezhou,Hechi,Laibing,Chongzuo,Wuzhou,and other cities have a lower level of coordination between urban and rural economy but increase faster.Thirdly,according to the factor analysis results,there are the main factor affecting the coordinated economic development between urban and rural areas in Guangxi,involving the results of the income of urban and rural residents,urban and rural residents' consumption ratio,fixed asset investment to GDP ratio,every ten thousand people have health institutions beds,non-agricultural production value of GDP and other urban and rural economy and the development gaps in the public service.Finally,according to the results,relying on the reality of the urban and rural economic development in Guangxi and combining with the relevant policy guidance of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in Guangxi,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy in Guangxi,respectively from the flow of urban and rural elements,the integration of urban and rural industries,urban and rural infrastructure construction,the industrial transformation,upgrading and innovation driving and so on.
