The Research On Growth Patterns Of Inner Mongolia High-tech Firms

With the development of Chinese reform and open, high and new technology enterprise as an important part of the national economy, has obtained universal attention. Because of its high innovation and rapid growth potential, high and new technology enterprise has an outstanding contribution for the improvement of the urban economy and the core competitive ability of an area. Therefore, based on Chinese realities and the Inner Mongolia high-tech enterprises growth's phenomenon, the research explore high-tech enterprises growth model using theory and empirical methods.Many scholars, both at home and abroad have studied the growth of high-tech enterprises, and had emerged in a number of achievements. But at present most of the research still leave on the theoretical level, and some empirical analysis also lack of comprehensiveness and universality.First, this paper beginning with the definition of high-tech enterprise contrasted four national certifying measures of hi-tech enterprises and cleared the scope of high-tech enterprises. And according to review the related research of domestic and international enterprise growth model, the paper summarized the research achievements and former deficiencies. Secondly, based on the research of the related theories of high-tech enterprise growth, a high-tech enterprise growth theory model was given. Then, by researching and collecting the data of 98 high tech enterprises of Inner Mongolia and making on-the-spot interview of 15 Inner Mongolia high-tech enterprises, the internal and external environment to influence the growth model of high tech enterprise is surveyed. Through the factor and regression analysis and the depth studying on interview results, the research discusses 9 factors: enterprise innovation ability, the enterprise scale, manager, product quality management level, enterprise technology area, law, industry, government and region. According to the features of enterprise life cycle stages and empirical analysis'result of high technology enterprise in Inner Mongolia, the growth patterns proposal is given. The research selected 3 typical high-tech enterprise cases in Inner Mongolia to make a deeply study for proving the practical feasibility of the above.Compared with the existing research, the study mainly contributes to analysis the affect of internal and external on the growth of Inner Mongolia high tech enterprise, which helping to focus on the core issues of high-tech enterprise in Inner Mongolia and to make a rapid growth.
