| Human resource as the most important factor among various resources in an enterprise, its relatively stability and high loyalty of talents structure is the core competitiveness of the enterprise, also determining the future destiny of the company. This paper sets the new recruited college students as the sample and makes both theory and empirical studies as to the influence of the employee perceived value and psychological contract on turnover intention.In the theory part, the paper researches and analyzes the document literatures as to the content structure and influential factors of the perceived value, psychological contract and the turnover intension systematically and also draws an induction to the related problems and points of view. Then the paper puts forward the theoretical model of the study and designs a three variable measuring scale and after the pre-survey improves the original questionnaire, and then collects the large sample data and uses exploratory factor analysis to get the dimensional structure of the three factors. Furthermore, the paper makes independent samples T test and variance analysis on the control variables, and makes correlation analysis, regression analysis and the mediation function test on the employees perceived value, psychological contract and turnover intention.Through the empirical study, the paper got the followingconclusions:(1) This paper puts forward the concept of employees’ perceived value tentatively, and establishes the two dimensional structure of perceived value:perceived benefits and perceived sacrifice, and also identified the two dimensions for the new recruited college students’ psychological contract two-way responsibility. The responsibility of the organization is divided into norm type and developmental type and the responsibility of the employees is also divided into norm type and developmental type.(2) Through variance analysis the study finds that the employee’s education background and the industry will affect the turnover intension of the new recruited college students and the property of the enterprise has a significant effect on the employees’perceived benefitsand the norm type responsibility in the organization. Employees’perceived value has a significant effect on turnover intention, with significant negative correlation between the perceived benefits and the turnover intensionand no significant effect between perceived sacrifice and turnover intension.(3) Employees perceived value has a significant influence on psychological contract, and each dimension of perceived value has significant influence on the norm type responsibility and developmental type responsibility of the organization. Each dimension of perceived value has significant effect on the developmental type responsibility of the employee, and the perceived benefit has significant effect on the norm type responsibility of the employee, yet there is no significant effect between the perceived sacrifice and the employees’ norm type responsibility.(4) In the study testing the influence of psychological contract on turnover intention, each dimension of organization and employee responsibility in the psychological contact has significant effect on the turnover intension. The norm type responsibility and the developmental type responsibility of the organization and the developmental type responsibility of the employee has a significant negative correlation, and only the norm type responsibility of the employee has no prediction function to turnover intension. |
