Research On The Control Over The Flexibility Of The Supply Chain Of Liuzhou Automobile Industry

Automobile industry has played a significant role in promoting the economic development of a country and world, it is one of the locomotives of economic development because it extends steel, electronics, rubber, glass and other industries. However, the supply chain of the car industry, consisting of supplier, manufacturers, vendors, users, has a complex construction. With the increased uncertainty of environment, economic development, production, technology and so on, the traditional management of supply chain can not timely meet the needs of consumer. The supply chain of automotive industry, in the face of these uncertainties, how to adapt to the uncertainty or even reduce uncertainty, how to rapidly change internal and external environment, enhance competitiveness and meet the consumption needs of consumers, improving the flexibility of the supply chain is an effective response.Firstly, this paper described the research background and practical significance of the supply chain of auto industry, describes the research situation and development trends of the flexibility of supply chain. Followed by a brief description of the supply chain management theory, sources of uncertainty, flexibility and control theory .And then based on the concept of the flexibility of supply chain, analyses the factors impacting the flexibility of supply chain, the complex system of the flexibility of supply chain was divided into research and development flexibility, production flexibility, logistics flexibility, organizational flexibility, capital flexibility, information systems flexibility, described the relationship between the various flexibility subsystems, pointed out the existence of interaction between various flexibility subsystems, described the measure model of the whole flexibility of supply chain and flexibility subsystems, and analyzed the causal relationship of the flexibility system of supply chain. Furthermore, put forward some measures to control the flexibility of supply chain. For the specific circumstances of Liuzhou City, the author visited and surveyed a number of typical companies, the use of comparative studies, the cause and effect diagram in system dynamics analysis. Meanwhile, consult some relevant experts to get some professional opinions and suggestions.After doing some research, Liuzhou Automobile industry has developed rapidly in recent years, but it can still make some improvements in flexibility of the supply chain. Therefore, Liuzhou Automobile industry can enhance the government policy to guide the auto industry, improve production flexibility, improve research and development flexibility, enhance logistics flexibility by sharing logistics and distribution system; establish an information sharing mechanism to improve information systems flexibility; strengthen the construction of industrial parks to enhance the synergy of the various flexibility subsystems.
