The Research On The Role Of The Structure Of Investment In Human Capital To Economic Growth

The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, China's economic growth will be the material capital dependency to on the human capital dependence, human capital gradually become the most important factors of economic growth. Because the economic development level is different, to a certain extent the human capital investment structure is unreasonable, in order to promote the economic growth, only human capital investment can maintain the economic growth in the world economy.This paper insists on the combination of criterion and demonstration, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis . it contains five parts: the first part to choose a background and significance, both at home and abroad are analyzed, comprehensive overview about human capital and economic growth theory research; The second part, simple introduces China's human capital investment structure and the characteristics of human capital investment, and detailed analysis of the professional human capital and economic growth; The third part, mainly introduces the theory model of the western human capital and economic growth, access to obtain the index data from the yearbook; The fourth part, this paper using panel data model to analysis of the relationship between the human capital investment structure and the economic growth in China, workers and peasants with Daniel medical college graduates and audio-video measure of human capital, and draw the specialized professional manpower capital can promote economic growth, the professional human capital plays an important role in the promotion with a lot of space; The fifth part, according to the empirical results, this paper propose optimization of human capital investment structure in an effective way , hope to speed up the human capital investment, help the economic growth, eventually promote our country's economy and growing quickly and stably.
