Research On Cooperative Management Mode And Relevant Information Integration Of Automobile Accessory Enterprise

Industry chain includes the value chain, supply chain, knowledge chain, is the immanent economic technology connection based on the economic activities among several related industrial sector in the in the real economic activities. Industry chain is also the enterprise cluster from final product production requirements to users' requirements, including all business activity among different enterprises in different industry domains, such as raw materials or parts production and supply, finished goods production, marketing and service, the whole logistics, information and knowledge flow. Automobile industry chain supporting enterprises,which is the parts suppliers of vehicle manufacturers in automobile industry, continuously provide supporting products to the production lines of vehicle manufacturers in order to in accordance with its purchase request, and provide professional supporting services in the meanwhile.The purpose of cooperative management of auto industry supporting enterprises and information integration is to realize business process collaborative management inside and outside of the enterprise and effectively implement information integration in order to rapid response to customer needs.Firstly, analyzed the business processes characteristic, collaborative management requirements and logistics assessment needs of auto industry supporting enterprise. On this basis, the collaborative management model of automotive industry supporting enterprise was researched, and put forward the enterprise management model based on production planning mainline and cost control mainline of automotive industry supporting enterprise.Secondly, aimed at the information system integration requirements, proposed a kind of information system overall integrated operating mode; and focus on the information system integrated operating mode of industrial chain collaboration layer. Meanwhile, in view of the logistics assessment needs of auto industry supporting enterprise, research how to use MMOG/LE system to guide supporting enterprise implement information integration with vehicle manufacturers.The study content of this paper has been applied to the informatization integration engineering of Tenneco Lingchuan (Chongqing) Co., Ltd, made a good effectiveness of the application.
