Research On The Integration Mode Of China's Automobile Industry Chain

Automobile industry has a large economic scale and long industry chain, and has great impact on the development of national economy and social life. The development level of the automobile industry is an important mark of the national economic strength, living standards and technical level. In recent years, China's automobile industry had made great development, the automobile production and sales has made a substantial increase, and China has become a big automobile producer in the world, but the competitiveness of automobile industry and enterprises is weak and in a disadvantage status in the international automobile market. There are many problems in the automobile industry chain from the perspective of industry chain, such as insufficient specialization, low level of cooperation relation, scattered layout of industry chain links, which severely limit the development of China's automobile industry. Against this background, the dissertation studies the integration mode of China's automobile industry chain, which has a great theoretical and realistic significance for the improvement of the automobile industrial competitiveness, and the industry chain integration and the development of automobile industry.On the basis of the reviews about the relevant studies on the evolution and integration of industry chain, this dissertation analyzes the evolution mechanism of the automobile industry chain firstly, including the evolution motivations and the evolution process of the automobile industry chain, and summarizes the factors that influence the evolution of the automobile industry chain, and verifies these factors empirically with the principal component regression analysis method. On this basis, aiming at the status of China's automobile industry chain, considering the typical industry chain mode, this dissertation analyses the elements of the automobile industry chain integration mode, and designs the integration mode of the automobile industry chain in China from the aspects of regional industry chain integration and the global value chain integration. And this dissertation clears the way of the selection of the automobile industry chain integration mode, analyzes the mode selection basis and method, and constructs the selection model. Furthermore, this dissertation puts forward the operating mechanisms of the automobile industry chain integration mode which include trust mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism, interest distribution mechanism, and the safeguard mechanisms which include market environment mechanism, policy mechanism, service mechanism, platform mechanism. Finally, this dissertation takes the FAW Group as an example, analyzes the selection of the integration mode of automobile industry chain empirically, and proposes suggestions to the integration and upgrading of the automobile industry chain.
