In today's fast-changing and highly competitive markets, enterprise have to introduce advanced management and technical for supporting product development (PD), so concurrent engineering(CE)has been widely applied in PD. And collaborative product development (CPD) which was proposed based on CE has been abroad applied in more and more manufacturing enterprise. Upstream activities release information and transfer information to downstream activities to activate it before accomplishing the task. Although upstream activities release incomplete information, downstream activities still make use of incomplete information. Therefore more frequent information exchange and iteration occur between activities, leading to a great cost in overlap period of activities. It is significant that study on the experiential condition released information by upstream activities and whether downstream activities should incorporate dynamic information of upstream activities to enhance performance of CPD.In this paper, the main line was rules for downstream activities incorporated dynamic information of upstream activities, and the experiential condition released information by upstream activities and the model of downstream activities incorporated dynamic information of upstream activities were studied. The paper mainly launched the research work from the following several aspects: It analysis the role of the information in activities and describes dynamic information and benefit of information. After introducing accumulation rate and relevance between upstream information and downstream activities, it studies condition released information by upstream activities and quantitative gives experiential condition released information by upstream activities. Based on experiential condition, a model of net benefit was constructed considering trade-off between benefits and the rework cost on condition that a fixed deadline,non-linear evolution of performance,continuous-time. A threshold is given by maximizing the net benefit, and a numerical example of motorcycle product development is given to verify the model rationality. Finally, The Model is applied in the instance of the development of motorcycle, and then measures are proposed to enhance capabilities of exchange of information in product development based research conclusion. This thesis research can provide reference for the officers in formulating interactive policy of information in the process of developing products and help enterprises to improve the product developing ability. Reasonable interactive policy of information in the process of developing products not only can reduce cost of exchanging of information in product development and may reduce the number of development plan interfered by frequently incorporated dynamic information in downstream activities. And then it enhances enterprises'ability of product development and brings many benefits to enterprises.
