The Application Research Of Balanced Scorecard Oriented Strategic Management In A State-owned Commercial Bank

In the strategic management process, the biggest problem which enterprises face is how to develop out of the strategy into implementation of the strategy, by balanced scorecard that Kaplan and Norton introduce just to solve this problem. BSC is not only a performance evaluation tool, but also a strategic management tool. Today, In increasingly competitive financial situation, formulation and performance implementation of the bank's strategy plays a vital role in its survival and development. However, many domestic banks are short of strategic execution all the time, seldom know the balanced scorecard, an advanced tool used strategic performance management, and let alone applications.In view of this, this paper bases on review of strategic management and balanced scorecard, focuses on the design and implementation of the balanced scorecard, and finally, takes A state-owned commercial bank for example, constructs in line with their own characteristics'the balanced scorecard system.The purpose of this study is that we introduce the strategic management tool-the balanced scorecard for domestic banks, in order to improve their strategic performance management and enhance core competitiveness.
