In recent years,the financial ecological environment of China's banking industry has been constantly changing,and the traditional management mode of commercial banks is facing severe challenges.In order to cope with the complex and changeable environment,more and more commercial banks recognize the importance of strategic management and spend a lot of time and energy on bank strategic planning.However,most of the strategic plans built up by these huge sums of money are mostly superficial and hard to implement.Even if they are implemented,they are often blocked by obstacles.The detailed formulation of strategic planning does not mean that the strategic objectives will be achieved.The implementation of bank strategic planning has also become a chronic problem that restricts the development of many small and medium-sized commercial banks,especially the city commercial banks.At present,most commercial banks in China have established clear strategic plans,but there are many problems in the implementation and control of the implementation of strategic plans.Strategic planning,implementation of strategic planning and evaluation strategy are part of the whole process of strategic management,and strategic performance evaluation is an important part of strategic evaluation.Therefore,for commercial banks,it is of practical practical significance to carry out the research on the problem of strategic performance management.This paper takes W bank as the research object of strategic performance management.With the help of the balanced scorecard strategy management tool,combined with the problems existing in W bank's strategic performance appraisal,we try to establish effective strategic performance management system to promote the implementation of W bank's strategic planning.Based on the detailed theory and strategic performance management and strategy of domestic and foreign research on performance management context on carding,analyzing the current situation of the implementation of W bank's current strategic performance appraisal system,analyzes the internal reason and the implementation effect of balanced score card in the applicability of W bank.Then,starting from the strategic vision and strategic goals of W bank,we draw the strategic map of W bank based on the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.Then we build the W bank's strategic performance evaluation index system based on the strategic map and the Balanced Scorecard theory.And the weight of each index in the index system is determined based on the questionnaire survey and the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,according to the actual situation of W bank,this paper puts forward the precautions and safeguard measures forthe implementation process of the strategic performance management.According to W bank strategic vision and objectives of the strategic map based on the balanced scorecard,and further reveals the W bank financial,customer,internal processes and learning and growth of the logical relationship between the four dimensions;strategy map and index selection principle as the basis,select key indicators in line with the strategic direction and W bank the financial development from four dimensions,and calculates the weight of each index of strategic performance evaluation index system of W bank,formed a strategic performance management system strategy.
