The commercial bank is the most important service subject in the modern financial market,and the development of China's economy can not be separated from the commercial bank.We only use the traditional performance management method to evaluate the performance of commercial banks,ignore the impact of internal and external environment of commercial banks' performance,and ignore the role of non-financial indicators in business performance.Therefore,commercial banks can use reasonable strategic performance management to improve the operating performance,improve the incentive and constraint mechanism,and help to achieve the strategic objectives.As a national joint-stock bank,it is facing fierce market competition and eager to improve its strategic performance management level.This paper introduces the balanced scorecard system into the strategic performance management of Ordos bank,in order to bring more practical benefits to enterprises.First of all,the strategic strategic performance management and balanced scorecard theory are introduced,the main and the relevant concept and design principle are introduced,and expatiates on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard and its advantages in the Ordos silver line has laid a theoretical foundation for the application of balanced scorecard.Secondly,through the investigation,we get the existing strategic strategic performance management status and performance evaluation system of Ordos bank,and analyze the existing problems of strategic performance management according to the industry characteristics.In view of the existing strategic strategic performance management confusion in performance evaluation,strategic strategic performance management and the application scope is narrow,lack of communication,strategic strategic performance management index system design is not perfect wait for a problem,put forward improvement suggestions,including strengthening the training,change the concept,the introduction of the balanced scorecard method to analyze the necessity and feasibility of strategic strategic performance management,and a detailed description of the design process of the balanced scorecard system,respectively,from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard has selected key indicators for Erdos banks,including selection,interpretation and design,through the Delphi method and questionnaire method to obtain the ranking index importance,application level analysis software to calculate the weight of each index,the formation of equilibrium four levels of scorecard,Construction Bank system.Finally,through the case analysis,the feasibility of implementing the Balanced Scorecard in the performance assessment of the bank is obtained.Take the Ordos bank 2016 index and three years before the relevant indicators for comparison,calculate the total score of the new evaluation system of trial operation and analysis and evaluation,to provide reference for the future development of Erdos bank strategic goals and priorities;and this process should be noted 0rdos bank in real Shi Pingheng Scorecard in problems and needs protection measures.
