Research On Influencing Factors Of The Technological Innovation Performances Of Construction Enterprise In China

In the markets environment of increasingly intense competition and productsdiversification, the technological innovation has become the strategic method for theconstruction enterprise to promote its core competitiveness. The performance level oftechnological innovation in construction enterprises of our country is generally low,therefore it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the technological innovationperformances of construction enterprise in China.The author analyzes the current situation of technology innovation of constructionenterprise in China such as the input, output and diffusion of technological innovationalresources, etc, through the questionnaire survey on 202 construction enterprises. Thepaper is discussed the influence of the internal innovative elements management,cooperative innovation, construction market environment, technology innovation policy,etc, on the innovational performances of construction enterprise; conductedmulti-element linear regression analysis by using the innovation performance asdependent variable, and human resource management, knowledge management,innovation fund management as the independent variable s , and formed a modelreflected the relationships between technological innovation performances of theconstruction enterprises, the management of Internal innovative elements of theenterprises and cooperative innovation management by using the structural equation andput forward four hypotheses. According to the data from questionnaire survey, thehypotheses were verified by using SPSS and AMOS software.The results show that: the input, output and innovation mechanism of innovationresources are relatively weak in construction enterprise in China; internal innovative elements management, cooperative innovation, construction market environment,technical innovation diffusion, and technical innovation policy influence thetechnological innovation performances of construction enterprise, there is a positivecorrelation between human resource management, knowledge management, innovationfund management and innovation performance; the exterior-interior relationship existsbetween the cooperative innovation management and the management of Internalinnovative elements of the construction enterprises, both of them have an influence onthe technological innovation performances, but the former influence is weaker than thelatter's. A fundamental way to improve the technological innovation performances ofconstruction enterprises in China is to strengthen the management of the innovativeelements of construction enterprises, such as human resource, knowledge, funds, etc.and develop the cooperative innovation network among the organizations such asenterprises, universities, scientific research institutes, technical advisory services and soon.Research results helped the organizations such as enterprise, government andindustry associations to understand technology innovation activities of construction, andprovided scientific basis for improving technology innovation performance ofconstruction enterprise in China.
