Analysis On Factors Of Enterprise Cooperative Innovation Performance

Cooperation and innovation has been widely concerned and researched as a new innovation mode. This article will establish a model which depends on a lot of reading of literatures, practicing and surveying by the studying and the datum collecting of the object Jiang su Province. This model include factors which influence the performance of cooperation and innovation, such as collaboration capacity, dependent capacity and technical capacity. We will confirm the indicators of the collaboration capacity, dependent capacity and technical capacity by the studying of the theory, the choice of the evaluation method, the establishment of the evaluation system while using the analysis software called matlab.First of all, we will though the deeply studying of the cooperation and innovation performance theory to reveal the influence from the resource and the knowledge of the cooperation and innovation performance. We will discuss and analysis the cooperation and innovation performance in three respects: the collaboration capacity, dependent capacity and technical capacity; we will describe the collaboration by the factors as trust, future-oriented, relationship experience; we will describe the dependent capacity by the technological gap between business, cultural integration capabilities, process control cooperation; we will describe the technical capacity by the Enterprise Learning and R & D capacity, and R & D investment. We will establish a performance evaluation system by the angle of the influence factors—cooperation and innovation performance which depends on the study we have done it former, in order to discover and reveal the influence factors of the cooperation and innovation performance.We have construct four level 1 indicator, 19 level 2 indicators to composite the performance evaluation system, this system will explain how the factors inflect the performance and how to improve the situation og the cooperation of the enterprises.We will choose the DEA, AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and detailed this model.
