Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Growth Of Intelligent Building Enterprises In China

In rapid development of our country's construction, intelligent building enterprise has become an important technology group of our country's construction development, that will have important influence in transforming the development mode of construction industry. Researching the main influence factors of intelligent building enterprise growth at the present stage has the important practical significance.Based on the enterprise growth theory as the theoretical basis, this paper analyzes the growing process of intelligent building enterprise, explores the influence of intelligent building enterprise growth, and puts forward suggestion which to promote Chinese intelligent building enterprise growth. we found 22 general influencing factors by mean of analyzing the intelligent building enterprise growth process and in-depth investigation and research on the basis of large text material. Using the principal component analysis of factor analysis ,we extract three principal components, which in turn summarized as technology innovation and technology diffusion, professional quality, intelligent building enterprise and products market access and supervision. They influence of intelligent building enterprise growth contribution of 27.75%, respectively 11.61% and 7.65% could explain the total variance to general factor 47.01%. Among them, the technical innovation and technology diffusion are primary impact factors for intelligent building enterprise growth, which contribution to that 27.75%. Through further case analysis, we research the influence of technology innovation to growth of intelligent building, expound the influence of enterprise leaders innovation consciousness, enterprise culture, personnel quality, economic strength, and the internal factors such as policy environment, market environment, legal environment of intelligent building exterior factors such as the influence of technological innovation in enterprise.Based on the above study, this paper clarifies main route of promoting growth of our country's intelligent building enterprise, namely enhance enterprise's innovation dynamic and innovative ability, encourage enterprises and universities, research institutions and industry associations, strengthening cooperation innovation technology diffusion capacity; Improvement of professional talents education and training service system,and pay attention to intelligent building enterprise personnel training system, the establishment of strengthen the guidance of the industry association; Improvement of the intelligent building market access and withdrawal system, improve intelligence building related products market access and clear the system, strengthen the market supervision, to create a healthy market environment .Research results of this paper help the government, intelligent building enterprise and the managers of industry association fully recognize and understand the main factors which affect the growth of our country's intelligent building enterprise, provide a reference basis for these organizations scientifically formulated relevant policies and strategies.
