The Empirical Analysis On Influence Factors Of Enterprise Technology Innovation Strategy Choices

Along with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the economic environment in which enterprises survive will be a profound change, economic globalization and information to enterprise development brings more opportunities and challenges, the enterprises technological innovation has become an important way to improve their competitive ability, promote the sustainable development of enterprises. In the specific historical conditions, whether can develop technical innovation strategy in line with the actual situation of the enterprise is the key to the success of technology innovation. It is, therefore, we should think about factors on enterprise strategic choice of technology innovation.This article firstly synthesizes the domestic and foreign related technological innovation strategy literature, carries on the thorough analysis to the enterprise the technological innovation strategy choice influence factor in front of the formulation technological innovation strategy; next, proposed some basic suppositions, then the use statistics investigation data, determine the observation variable of the endogenous latent variable(technological innovation strategy)through the subjective appraisal , through the factor analytic method determine exogenous latent variable, namely"innovation inside and outside environment","the technical characteristic"and"input-output ability"(including exogenous observation variable);finally by SEM, uses the relationship of the observed variables to study the relationship between the latent variables, establishes the compositive factors framework of enterprise innovation strategy ultimately, and takes the reins of the structural relationship between factors, and also validates the former assumptions. The results of this article can provide the policy references for enterprise making innovation strategy and for government to cultivate the enterprise's self-innovation ability.
