With the fast development of urban-rural integration, the issue of landlesspeasants has become an outstanding problem which effects the economicdevelopment,social stability and construction of harmonious society,and that how tomake landless peasants obtain employment again has become an important andrealistic problem. Based on the human capital and social networks theory,thisstudy,which collects data through questionnaire surveys and in-depthinterviews,describes the re-employment situations of landless peasants and inspectsthe income and occupational prestige of landless peasants.Furthermore,this articlediscusses the channel to occupational status attainment and its roles and analyses ofthe affection of human capital and social networks on occupational status attainmentfinally.This article is divided inio 6 parts.Part one,introduction, including the origin,purpose and significance of the research, literature review and theories;Part two,thedesign of the study, describes the relevant concepts,ideas and research methods;Partthree,describes the re-employment status and path of landless peasants.It focuses onthe changes of landless peasants'occupation and income and the situation of theirprofessional reputation, and discusses the three channels to occupational statusattainment and its roles; Part four, analyses of the affection of human capital on there-employment of landless peasants.It focuses on the correlation between the gender,age, level of education and vocational training and employment income andoccupational prestige of landless peasants; Part five, analyses of the affection of socialnetworks on the re-employment of landless peasants.It focuses on the correlationbetween the landless peasants having and the mobilization of social networks andemployment income and occupational prestige of landless peasants;Partsix,conclusions and discussion,including obtaining a simple summary of the full texton the basis of articles,extracting some main ideas and conclusions,and expoundingthe problems of papers and the views need to further deepen.
