On the preliminary comparison of occupational mobility— occupation obtain pattern, occupation status, mobility direction, mobility frequency, I mainly analyze some objective factors relation to personal backgrounds such as Human capital, social capital, the occupation status of one's first job, and so on.The main points may conclude as follows: there is distinct difference on the occupational mobility—obtain pattern, Occupation Status, mobility direction, mobility frequency between the different groups of graduate. The mobility between two labor markets is very few. It showed that labor market segmentation is serious in He Nan. At last, to promote the occupational mobility, the limit of household register should be eliminated and the secondary labor market should be standardized.
