The Application Of The Entropy And Dissipative Structure In Management Based On Complexity

Managerial entropy and managerial dissipative structure are new advanced theories which are based on complexity science and brought forward in 1980's. Depending on the numerous domestic and international management scholar' s productions, this paper analyzes the basic idea, content and development of managerial entropy and managerial dissipative structure, and also it applies the theories of managerial entropy and managerial dissipative structure to enterprise management creatively. The paper studies the theories from enterprise organization management, enterprise culture management and enterprise human resource management, etc. The paper uses the method of theory contacting fact, clarifies the new advanced theories with the straightaway language, and puts forward a natural phenomenon-"boiling-water phenomenon" to depict the action mechanism of the managerial entropy and managerial dissipative structure in enterprise system visually. At the same time, by analyzing, the paper clarifies the combinative probability between those new advanced theories and the practice of enterprise management, and also it points out that the theory can not only supervise the reformation of enterprise organization management, enterprise culture management and enterprise human resource management, but also it can be used in the reformation of the enterprise strategy management, enterprise production management and enterprise supply chain management, etc. As we know, the development and application of any advanced theory need a long time, the theory of managerial entropy and managerial dissipative structure can not make an exception.
