The private corporation, as the important embranchment of national economy, plays the important role to optimize resource collocation, increase economic benefits, solve employment problems and so on. The private corporation has become the most active economic increasing point in our country economy system too. However, the serious problem that the private corporate lifecycles in our country are generally shorter has puzzled the owners and managers all along.
