Research On Eco-economic Suitability Evaluation And Optimal Allocation Of Suburban Land Resources Use

On the basis of the analyses of the existing problems in the suburban land resources use, this paper discussed general theory and method about eco-economic suitability evaluation and optimal allocation of suburban land resources use, at the same time, applying the theories of landscape ecology, ecological economics,sustainable development and region science as a supporting principle of all-in evaluation process. And then, took Zhaozhuang village of Yan'an as a case. On one side, the case is the test and decision verification to the method study, on the other side it would provide the suburban land use basis of fragile ecological environment in hill and gully region. The ultimate aim is to find the land use direction to man-land inter-coordination, enhance region development, and establish ecological safety strategy and protection mechanism. Through analysis the ecological, social and economic sustainable development in the essay, it would establish dependable and scientific theory and method about eco-economic suitability evaluation of Suburban land use.(1)The theoretical basis and approach on eco-economic suitability evaluation are discussed, including three sides of ecological, social and economic suitability evaluation. Research on the data-linkage point of three sides method model. The study put up with the defect of land traditional evaluation, and it would be the basis of dependable and scientific evaluation method(2) Application of AHP and specialist assignment technique, the evaluation index system of eco-economic Suitability was established, and determined their weighting. With the physical verification and specialist experience, we choice slope gradient, exposure, altitude, landforms, soil type, soil organic matter as the Eco-indicators, and age, level of culture, sexuality and physical strength as the social indicators.(3) The economic Suitability Evaluation were made thought the calculation of net proceeds and Cobb-Douglas production function, the combined method is more conscionable than previous economic suitability evaluation (only net proceeds), and the basis of scientific evaluation method about eco-economic suitability evaluation system.(4) Utilization the theory and method of eco-economic suitability evaluation, we took zhaozhuang of yan'an city as a case, the result showed most soil types is suitable to agriculture expect terra rossa types, but most is lower suitable, because of the fragile ecological environment in hill and gully region. On the other hand, the best path of enhancement economic benefit is optimal fertilizer application to traditional farming in zhaozhuang in the future, and is increase managerial technique to especial farming. Most households in zhaozhuang of yan'an city is suitable to agriculture too, and higher suitable to traditional farming.(5) Applied linear programming, optimal allocation of land resource use in zhaozhuang of yan'an city was operated. According to the allocation result, we can see, in the future, the structural adjustment direction of land use in zhaozhuang is increase the area of orchard, wood and pasture grass, and decrease the area of farming. The result of optimal allocation showed the optimum utilization, area of farming should decrease to 594.09 acre, the areas of orchard and pasture grass should increase to 820.41,311.19 acre, but the wood have invariable area.
