The Competitiveness Research On Manufacturing Cluster Of Power Transmission And Distribution Equipments

"Natural selection, the survival of the fittest" is an eternal rule of nature, how can an industrial cluster be survival in the drastic market competition, in which the competitiveness is an important factor. As a new organization form of region economy, the appearance of industrial cluster promotes the increasing of region economy and changes the competitive pattern between regions gradually. Geographic concentrations of interconnected companies and institutions unite together as a whole, and form a cluster to compete in the market competition. The otherness of the competitiveness appears between different clusters, and it made the research on industrial cluster competitiveness be focus to which people pay more attention. In this paper, through the correlation analysis about the competitiveness of manufacturing cluster on power transmission and distribution equipments, a competitiveness evaluating system of industrial cluster is built and an effective evaluating method is found. Consequently the problem that the competitiveness of industrial cluster is difficult to be reached and measured is solved. The competitiveness evaluating is not the final aim, none but the evaluating result is accurate, can it reflect the real situation of industrial cluster in the market competition; can the cluster adjust its development direction and strategy as soon as possible; can the cluster be successful in strengthening and holding the advance situation in competition. Therefore the competitiveness research on manufacturing cluster of power transmission and distribution equipments is crucial for the success of the competition in the manufacturing industry on power transmission and distribution equipments.In this paper, the competitiveness evaluating of the manufacturing cluster on power transmission and distribution equipments is studied, the competition advantage of manufacturing cluster on power transmission and distribution equipments is analyzed, furthermore the origin of the competition advantage of the cluster is discussed with the method of system dynamics and the pyramid model for the competitiveness evaluating of industrial cluster is built based on the diamond model and GEM model. Then the competitiveness evaluating method of the cluster is discussed, and the system includes the evaluating system and the method based on extensional theory.
