The Positive Analysis On The Influence Factor Of Sino-Japanese Trade

Since 2001, RMB exchange rate has been one of the most popular topics in both official and scholarly areas, developed countries, especially U.S.A, EU, Japan, ascribe their poor trade situation to RMB undervaluation. Aiming at Japanese favourable balance to China, this paper will analyze factors affecting the Sino-Japanese trade in theoretic and positive methods, so that we can make a conclusion whether Japanese request for RMB appreciation is reasonable. On the base of referring to some existing research and analyzing the characters of Sino-Japanese trade carefully, we some factors for analysis such as total FDI, FDI from Japan and economic growth of China.By positive analysis, we draw an undermentioned conclusion: firstly, Sino-Japanese trade balance is irrelevant to RMB exchange rate; secondly, what influences Sino-Japanese trade situation are total FDI in China, FDI from Japan and economic growth of China; thirdly, the root cause for the...
