At present, the global economy is moving towards a higher level of knowledge andhigher level goals in this competitive environment, the developed and developingcountries are racing to find the most suitable economic and trade policies for theircountry that through the expansion of the export trade of electromechanical products toenhance the country’s economic strength. From the point of view of the current situation,China’s export of electromechanical products trade is constantly expanding, and this willpromote the trade of electromechanical products more and more in China,at the sametime the quality of the mechanical and electrical products is more and more sophisticated, and the quality of the mechanical and electrical products changes corresponding to thetrade structure changes, changes in the structure of electro-mechanical products has animpact on Chinese entire economic structure. China and Japan belong to the scope ofEast Asia, and mechanical and electrical products import and export trade between Chinaand Japan are very close, then the mechanical and electrical products parts andcomponents trade between China and Japan will naturally become the focus of the studyareas, the research of some factors impact on the trade structure of Chinese mechanicaland electrical products is very necessary.First introduced electromechanical products trade status of Sino-Japanese from1992to2010, and draw a fact that the mechanical and electrical products parts andcomponents trade of Sino-Japanese is actually an intra-industry trade, ie, the twocountries will be specialized engage or produce their own country has a comparativeadvantage stage; Secondly the article will embody intra-industry trade, and use parts ofthe mechanical and electrical products processing trade to illustrate the problem, andembody the technological progress, that is introducing the current trade structure ofmechanical and electrical products of Sino-Japanese, and classify mechanical andelectrical products into low-tech,secondary technical,high-tech mechanical and electricalproducts at the level of technical content; Thirdly explain the Sino-Japanese parts andcomponents trade levels will bring what kind of impact on the trade structure of Chinesemechanical and electrical products in theoretical aspects, two major factors wereanalyzed and screened from many factors that affect the trade structure of Chinesemechanical and electrical products, GDP per capita differences and the level of direct investment from Japan to China; At last use empirical examination and analysis toexplain the level of parts and components trade of mechanical and electrical products, thelevel of direct investment from Japan to China, the level of GDP per capita differencesbetween Japan and China to affect the trade structure of Chinese mechanical andelectrical products in what kind of ways, and concluded that: the level of Sino-Japaneseparts and components trade, the level of direct investment from Japan to China, the levelof per capita GDP differences between China and Japan have a certain relationship withthe trade structure of electromechanical products (low, middle,high-techelectromechanical products), the specific relationship will be introduced in the article.Future direction of development of the Chinese machinery and electronic products shouldbe to expand the Sino-Japanese parts and components trade and positively attractJapanese direct investment to China, these two strategies will make Japanese high-techtransfer to Chinese mechanical and electrical products, so that Chinese can increasinglyexport high-tech mechanical and electrical products, and ultimately achieve the purposeof optimize the mechanical and electrical products trade structure.
