| In recent years, OEM(Original Equipment Manufacture) has been developed very quickly. The expanding of big companies needs OEM, and the survival of small companies depends also on specialized OEM. Some companies even take OEM as their basic strategy for future developments. Some special OEM manufacturers fixed on their orientation more and moreclearly ____ to be the best OME manufacturer in China or in the world.So OEM attracts more and more attention from the business and academic sectors.The first chapter has presented the background of title choosing , the ways of research and the methods of analyze. The second chapter has introduced relative theoretic just as (1) OEM theories, (2) quality control theories, (3) project management theories, (4) logistics theories. The third chapter has introduced Friesland Company and the particularity of its OEM project. The fourth chapter has introduced countermeasures of Friesland OEM project management. The fifth chapter has made comparing between all kinds of OEM projects.The main theoretics has been used in this thesis are OEM theories, quality control theories, logistics theories, project management theories. Firstly the author introduced Frisland company, and it' s OEM manufacturing, then the author made analyses of all the OEM procedure, and finally made a conclusion.The conclusion part has summarized the characteristics of OEM products, manufacturing procedures, and main measures. Then made a conclusion that if we can control project management, quality control management, logistics management, then we can control the OEM. |
