Research On The Breeding Of Ls-Now Enterprise Core Competence

The theory of core competence indicates that the core competence is the source of the steady competitive advantage for an enterprise. It has an guiding significance to the practice for the enterprises of our country.Only by devoting itself to improve its management and strengthening the breeding of the competitive force ,can an enterprise be in an invincible position during a long term competitive.LS-NOW is a joint venture of LS Group and NOV. It has begun to face the fierce market competition. in order to win the steady advantage and leadership in the market competition, LS-NOW must rely on the core competence . Breeding the core competence continuously according to the market change and the need for the developing of the enterprise has become a task of top priority.Based on the theory, this article analyses the core competence of LS-NOW fully and comprehensively with two method in different viewpoint, and has known the core competence of LS-NOW, both existed and to be bred. In the meantime, the way and the measures to breed the core competence for LS-NOW have also been proposed: encouraging technical innovations, making the development, management and training in human resources, establishing the strategic alliance and chain management for supply, establishing progressive culture and devoting every effort to setting up the information engineering, etc.The core competence for an enterprise is of a modern theory and is on a developing and being perfected stage, especially in our country. Based on the theory and practice of industry and commerce in our country, this article stresses an the content of how to breed the core competence for LS-NOW with the combination of LS-NOW fresh and detailed internal information, also with the reference of different view points. Hope that this article will play a positive role in breeding the core competence for LS-NOW and the reference role in both research and practice of the core competence for the other relevant enterprises.
