Many important internal factors about the long-term development of the company also have been systematically analyzed.According to the analysis above, this paper has designed a novel development strategy for the company, accompanied with formulating corresponding means of implementation and control based on the PEST and SWOT matrix analysis.Through the research and formulating on the company's development strategy, this paper try to construct an enterprise with high efficiency and standardized management, prominent main business, scientific decision, strong overall competitiveness and anti-risk capability.
