The present revolution upon IT, especially the development of network technology and its application centered Internet, have brought the whole society pace into a full new age of network economy. In this era, market competition rules, economy increase modes and even society living-styles had been changed a lot. Under the background of the unceasing development of network economy, the marketing environment also essentially changed: marketing procedure grown virtually, identity of consumer grown virtual, consumers' purchasing actions centered with network, marketing actions also grown virtual and centered with network, the measures like ads., investigation, distribution, trade balance all linked with network, so these become digital actions. So, the marketing resources need to be reset, the marketing organization need to be redesigned, conventional marketing modes need to be innovated, and cyber-marketing is just the new marketing mode amalgamated hi-tech and marketing resources based on network technology.The writer mainly centered with the following basic issues: "what's cyber-marketing" and "how to develop cyber-marketing for corporations", and brought out some actual countermeasures. Based on the theories, the author took JINGWEI CO. as a demonstration object, put forward a plat system of cyber-marketing application integration for JINGWEI CO.Firstly, through studying the origins and actual development conditions, the writer pointed out that cyber-marketing should be the base for realizing e-commerce. Based on this, the characters and specialties of market and market environments under network have been discussed, including the theories and supporting conditions of cyber-marketing, network marketing investigations, the constitution of network marketing strategies, website strategy, strategies for serving the web customers. And under the guidance of these theories, the author studied the actual marketing conditions of JINGWEI CO. and its future develop aims, put forward a project about its cyber-marketing system, including collectivity design of the system, website orientation, system functions. The studies of cyber-marketing application integration for JINGWEI CO. including the aims of application integration, application integration framework, finally, a cyber-marketing system that could be realized step by step had been put forward.
