Study On ERP Performance Evaluation System And Evaluation Method

The Chinese enterprises have made a great achievement on the application of the ERP, and the development of this trend will be faster and better. Meanwhile it is still confronted with a lot of urgent problems restricting the further development of the ERP, and the important one of them is how to make a systematic scientific evaluation on the application fruit of the ERP project by revealing the application condition of the ERP from different angles according to quantitative calculation, quantitative analysis and some other impersonal assessment guidelines.On the basis of researching kinds of performance appraisal system home and abroad, having regard to the management theory put forward supervise ideas of the design ERP performance evaluation, also according to the ERP system composition and the mapping relationship of the four respects of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, this paper provides a kind of guideline system for the ERP performance evaluation on the basis of the BSC-ERP model. And combining the characteristics of the ERP with the four levels of the Balanced Scorecard method, this guideline system also expands the range of the ERP performance evaluation, and tries to make it perfect. With using the method of fuzzy evaluation to make a quantitative analysis on the assessment guidelines, it gets rid of former equivocal and unmeaningful assessment so that it can make a more impersonal and accurate evaluation on the ERP application standard from different levels and angles.This assessment method provided by this paper provides an applied ERP application assessment method for the enterprises to evaluate "their performance, and some example analyses have been made on ERP application standard of the enterprise by using this method.This researching result can be applied to the enterprises' performance assessment if they have started applying the ERP project. It will be of benefit to the informationization development of the enterprises, improving the effective investment in the ERP project and strengthening the competitive power of the enterprises.
