With the arrival of information society and intensification of market competition, more and more enterprises attach importance to strategy orientation. Performance evaluation is the measure of corporation management result, which can check the efficiency of corporation objective and drive corporation to realize the strategy goal. Hence, the performance evaluation method like BSC (balanced scorecard) which can improve strategy implement is needed. This thesis researched BSC and innovated it in practice lay by combining new management methods and tools of other subjects with BSC, making it a guide for corporation use.This thesis first analyzed existing performance evaluation system especially strategy performance evaluation system research results and compared the two theories. Then the thesis introduced BSC and analyzed four core parts of the theory: finance, customer, internal process and growth. After that, the thesis developed the framework of establishing BSC with the example of implementing BSC in a Global Development Center of A company.The key parts and innovation points of the thesis is to introduce other tools and performance evaluation methods into the framework of BSC to extend and improve BSC. By combining EVA (Economic Value Added) with BSC, the thesis provided the method for finance indexes selection. By introducing performance prism, the thesis extended BSC by viewing companies from different stakeholders. By using BP nerve network, the thesis provided the method for weight design of indexes. Finally, the thesis analyzed the difficulties in BSC practice and provided solutions for reference.
