The Economic Analysis On The Greening Of Poultry Product In Henan Province

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, there are more demands for the quality safety of the product of green poultry,which has become the focus of the public's attention.Many academic researches also devoted substantive work in many fields regarding it.However,research on the aspect of the greening of poultry product has been limited.Especially research on the greening standard of poultry product and the behaviour of ertreprenur has been very limited.According to these considerations mentioned above,the study of the paper is conducted.The study outline of this paper is as follows. Frist,I summarized the green standard of the domestic and foreign poultry product and done some comparing analysis.Second,I summed up the status quo and the problems oft the greening production in Henan Province.Third,I done some theoretic analysis on the greening production by means of "the market for lemons" and "the game theory".At last,based on the investigation data from Henan ProvinceJ done some empirical analysis on the greening production of the enterprizes.Through the analysis mentioned above , I drew some conclusions and put forward some measures on improvement of the greening level in Henan at government,enterprize and consumer level.This paper consists of several parts as belows:The first part deals with background and significance of this study and relative literature. Main contents of this study are also concluded in this part.Domestic and foreign green standard of poultry products are introduced in the second part. Comparison of different green standards of poultry products in China is made here.The third part gives an account of the status quo of greening production in Henan. First, concept of green poultry products and quality features are defined. And then the status quo of greening production in Henan and existing problems are discussed.Theoretic analysis of greening of poultry products are arranged in Part Four. This analysis uses two theories: "the market for lemons" and "the game theory".Empirical analysis of greening of poultry products is made in the fifth part. Items...
