The Study Of Reciprocal Development Of Land And Marine Industry In Coastal Areas Of China

The development of Marine economy is based on land economy ,so does the substantial development of land economy vice versa .This paper analyses our country's reciprocal development of marine industry and land industry ,applying the methodology of modern economics to reveal the substance and progress of this development ,and then some policies and suggestions will be given groundedly.At first , the thesis sets a clear definition ,and explains the connotation and denotation of land economy and marine economy ,then discusses the characteristics and makes a classification of the two industry .Chapter 2 is guided by Systematicism proceeding from the build of the two industry systems ,the author expounds the relationship and differences between the two industries from the many-faceted ,relative and opening quality of the systems; then he analyzes the meaning of the two industries starting from the entire and salient quality of the systems. The author holds that the main impetus and reason that causing the two industries 'reciprocal development lies in the jointly possess and flowing nature of the productive elements, and in the energy gradient which exists the two industries. Chapter 3 is a core part in this thesis, and it based on the theory of economics ,statistics ,etc. By wielding the grey -coalition mould ,combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis ,the author seeks for the layers of the land industry which is related with the third marine industry and its interior industries ,and tries to build a chain between the two industries. From that ,he exploits the close relationship and internal mechanism between the sub-systems of the two industries .In Chapter 4.the author guided by the growing-pole theory and nucleus-fringe theory , he divided the economic development of the coastal areas into three stages .as fringe stage ,rise stage ,and nucleus stage .and he explains the connotation and characteristics of each stage later .meanwhile ,the author holds that the coalition stage is the most important segment in the process above -mentioned. In this stage ,we must coordinate the two industries with the coastal areas in the fields of management ,operation and distribution , and make a comprehensive administration about them .In the last chapter ,taking zheJiang province as an example ,and based on the empirical analyze, the author poses some concrete policies and suggestions on the realization of the reciprocal development of marine and land industries in caoastal areas of china.
