Research On Marine-land Industry Linkage Of Huanbohai Economic Region

Marine-land industrial linkage is based on industry contact form the interaction,for the purpose of mutual benefit and win-win results,promoting regional resources reasonable and keep sustained coordinated economic development.However,the reality of bohai sea economic region is not optimistic,facing the lack of awareness about Marine-land industrial’s linkage,with the low level of interaction and the direction is not clear.In order to clear the specific situation in bohai sea economic region,the studies ensure the regional Marine-land industry correlation,the leading industry,and the effects,and it is necessary to promote the development of our country’s economy.At first,the study combined with the research results of scholars domestic and overseas to clear the mechanism of the Marine-land industy linkage in bohai sea economic region,at the basis of the industrial chain theory and system theory from interdependent relationship,collaborative relationship,and competition relationship to analysis the moviation of bohai sea economic regions’ s Marine-land industry linkage.By building the three times marine industry as the leading one to structured the sea-land industry composite chain,analyze the process of the marine-land industy linkage,at the same time establish the bohai sea economic region’s industrial linkage system.From the emergence,evolution of dynamic,positive externality three aspects to analyze the effect of marine-land industrial linkage.Then,by using grey correlation model to determine the bohai sea economic region overall linkage level,leading marine industry and linkage focus,helps resolve the problems that the linkage situation and direction is not clear in bohai sea economic region.The results of the study concluded that the marine-land linkage in bohai sea economic region is strong,but it is uneven as a whole,the linkage in Hebei province is much lower than others;Bohai sea economic region’s second marine industry is the leading one which has an important influence to the industry economic.At last,this paper takes advantage of the correlation degree sorting results,the leading marine industry,and the regression results,put forward to countermeasures and suggestions such as to strengthen the linkage between Marine biological pharmaceutical industry in Hebei province with the land area of the second industry,make Marine oil-gas industry in Tianjin,Shandong as the leading factor to improve composite industry chain with the second and the third industry for land,to extension industry chain between Marine-land industries and clear the direction and emphasis of promoting Marine-land industrial linkage in bohai sea economic region.
