Chinese luxurious automobile manufacturing is facing new challenges after China entered into WTO. Many foreign automobile manufacturers have been rushing into China to invest and establish joint ventures. Market competition in luxurious automobile has become more and more severe. Under such competitive environment, it is found that there are many shortcomings in HC marketing. For example, pricing is not considered carefully, idea of advertising is not attractive, public relationship is not enough, and target market is not clear, etc.This thesis first analyzes the development trend of both foreign and domestic automobile industry, as well as the market for luxurious automobile from market demand, customer and competitor separately, which will provide the basis for working out the marketing analysis and marketing tactics. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the current marketing condition of HC Company. The analysis is made from the following four aspects: product tactics, pricing tactics, sale promotion tactics and distribution tactics. In addition, the thesis summarizes the shortcoming in HC marketing, gives the basis for suitable marketing tactics. Thirdly, the thesis points out the marketing tactics for HC Company. It works out market segmentation for luxurious automobile, determines target market for HC products, and gives suitable product tactics, pricing tactics, sale...
